If you haven’t registered yet, the best way to register for Ascend’s wilderness and summer programs is to complete our online fillable form found on our registration page.

Information if you just filled out an application:

Once you have completed our digital application, rest assured, we’ve received it! However, technology sometimes throws us curve balls, or humans might have missed something.

We will confirm that we’ve received your registration application. We do this by emailing you.

If you do not hear from us within two weeks (or at least one week before the departure date if you apply that close to a trip), PLEASE contact us to make sure we’ve gotten it.

The biggest reason people don’t get our confirmation emails is because our [email protected] email address has gone to a spam folder. Please check your email first, and call us if you still didn’t hear from us (530-739-1177).

Communication is key! We’re pretty flexible about everything as long as we get a phone call with enough time to accommodate your needs and questions.
